All PittieGoHike gear is printed on demand just for you. Because of this, we’re not able to accept returns for size changes or buyer’s remorse.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll make it right at no cost to you. Just send a photo of the issue within 14 days of delivery and we’ll replace the item or issue a refund.

Your happiness matters to us — if something’s off, reach out and we’ll take care of it.

Shipping

All items are made to order and ship directly from our print partners. Most orders ship within 2–5 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on the way. If your package is delayed or lost, contact us and we’ll help sort it out.
