🐾 Amber’s Waterfall Adventure at Laurel Run Park

Hi friends! It’s Amber, your trail-loving pittie, and I just had the best hike at Laurel Run Park in Church Hill, Tennessee. Mama and I explored the Waterfall Trail, and wow — it was full of splashes, sniffs, and surprises!

🌲 Trails, Bridges, and Squirrel Patrol

We started on a gravel road, crossed a wooden bridge, and followed the creek into the woods. I sniffed everything — chipmunk trails, mossy rocks, even an old house hiding in the trees! Mama said it was ā€œhistoric,ā€ but I just wanted to chase squirrels.

šŸ’¦ Waterfalls and Wiggles

The first waterfall was small but splashy — perfect for paw-dipping. Then we climbed higher to a big waterfall with mist and roaring water. I got soaked and loved it! Mama took pictures while I posed like a soggy queen.

šŸ One Scary Moment…

I spotted something slithering near the trail — a snake! I froze, Mama gasped, and we tiptoed away. No bites, just a big adrenaline tail-wag.

šŸ• Why I Loved Laurel Run

This dog-friendly Tennessee hiking trail had everything: water to splash in, rocks to climb, critters to chase, and plenty of shade. If you’re looking for a scenic waterfall hike near Church Hill, this one’s a tail-wagger.

Can’t wait to go back!

Love, Amber 🐾
